Fees and what is included
NEET coaching fees with hostel are the question parents search for most. Here is how fees work at RIMA: one all-inclusive fee per programme, in writing, with nothing added later.
One fee, in writing
Each programme has one all-inclusive annual fee. The counselling team gives it to you in writing, line by line, before you register.
We do not publish fees as an advertisement or as a discount. We share the full structure with every family who asks, along with the refund and exit policy, so you can compare it properly against any other option.
What the fee covers
- Schooling or PU teaching and NEET preparation, by teachers trained as coaches
- Doctor mentoring: perspective sessions, first aid and basic life support
- A medical-student mentor for every student
- Residence in the hostel, with resident wardens
- All meals: sattvic and vegetarian
- Daily yoga, sport and fitness
- The full test programme and post-test coaching
- Care on campus: nurse, visiting psychologists, campus director
What sits outside it
- Board, NEET and counselling application fees paid to the authorities
- Travel home and personal expenses
- Medical treatment outside the campus
Anything else is listed in writing before you register. Nothing is added later.
Scholarships and concessions
Considered on request, case by case.
RIMA is part of the Rebuild India mission. If the fee is a barrier for a student who is ready and aligned, tell the counselling team. Scholarships and concessions are considered on request, and how they are decided is explained to you in writing.
Free teaching is open to every student through Dr Varun Exam Excellence, whatever their circumstances.
How to compare fees honestly
Whichever academy you consider, ask for these in writing.
- The total for the full programme, not one term.
- What is included: hostel, food, tests, materials, mentoring.
- What is extra, with amounts.
- The refund and exit policy if a student leaves mid-year.
- Whether the fee can rise mid-course.
- Who exactly teaches the batch you are paying for.

Why don't you print the fee on the website?
Because a number without its inclusions misleads. We give the full, all-inclusive fee in writing, with what it covers and the refund policy, to every family who asks.
Is hostel and food extra?
No. Hostel and all meals are part of the one fee.
Can the fee be paid in instalments?
Ask the counselling team; the payment schedule is part of the written structure.
What happens if my child leaves mid-year?
The refund and exit policy is given in writing before registration.
Do you offer discounts for early registration?
No. We do not use discounts or deadlines to hurry a decision.
